THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who lives and breathes brand identity. You must be based in Latin America and available to work on ET (New York time). You have spent at least 3 years inside agencies or design studios working on branding for international clients, and you have the portfolio to prove it. You lead projects from strategy to final deliverables with minimal hand-holding, and you treat brand systems as architecture, not decoration.
A functional understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus. You do not need to be a product designer, but you should understand how a brand translates across digital touchpoints. Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is genuinely valued: we see them as force multipliers, not shortcuts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead end-to-end branding projects: strategy, visual identity, brand guidelines, and rollout across all brand expressions.
- Develop logos, typographic systems, color palettes, and full brand identity kits from scratch.
- Create brand documentation and style guides that clients can actually use and scale.
- Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and copywriters on pitches and ongoing accounts.
- Adapt brand systems for digital environments (social media, web, presentations, motion guidelines).
- Apply AI tools strategically to accelerate concepting, moodboarding, and asset generation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design at an agency or studio.
- Based in Latin America and available to work full-time on ET (New York time).
- A strong portfolio of branding projects for international or multi-market brands.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, visual hierarchy, and design systems.
- Proven ability to build brand identity from zero to delivery of complete brand guides.
- Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken (client-facing experience is a plus).
- Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously across time zones.
- Comfortable stepping outside your core specialty — you may contribute to UX/UI, presentation design, or campaign work depending on project needs.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing quality or focus.
Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of UX/UI principles to inform digital brand application.
- Experience with motion design or brand animation guidelines.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar).
- Experience presenting and defending creative concepts directly to clients.
